These terms govern your use of AgentReply ("the Service"), a browser extension and web app that helps UK estate and letting agents write replies to their online reviews. By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

AgentReply takes a review you paste, along with details you provide about your agency, and uses AI to suggest a reply you can copy and post. The suggested replies are drafts: you are responsible for reading, editing and approving anything you publish.

Subscription & free trial

• AgentReply is offered on a subscription basis, with a 7-day free trial for new customers.
• Unless you cancel during the trial, your subscription begins and the recurring fee applies.
• Billing, payment and licence keys are handled by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, who acts as Merchant of Record.

Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel at any time in one click — no need to email or call us. Use the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt, or go to app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders, enter your email, and cancel from there. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, you will not be charged. For refund requests, contact us at the address below.

Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for your own genuine business reviews.
• Do not use it to post misleading, fake or unlawful content.
• You remain responsible for complying with the review platforms' own policies (e.g. Google, Trustpilot) and with UK law, including data protection (UK GDPR).

AI-generated content

Replies are generated by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate or unsuitable. We do not guarantee any particular result, ranking, or business outcome. Always review a suggested reply before publishing it.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentReply is provided "as is" and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
