AgentReply ("we", "us") is a browser extension that helps UK estate and letting agents write replies to their online reviews. This policy explains what data we handle and how.

What we process

• Review text you submit: When you click "Generate reply", the review text and the agency details you enter (agency name, type, tone, optional notes) are sent securely to our server and to Google's Gemini AI to produce a suggested reply.
• Licence key: Your AgentReply licence key is sent to our server only to confirm your subscription is active. It is stored locally in your browser.

What we do NOT do

• We do not store your reviews or generated replies on our servers after the reply is returned.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.
• We ask the AI to never include tenancy, address or personal details in replies (UK GDPR).

Data processors

We use Google (Gemini AI) to generate replies, Lemon Squeezy to manage subscriptions and licences, and Cloudflare to run our service. Data is transmitted securely (HTTPS).

Your control

You can stop using the extension and remove it at any time. To cancel your subscription, use the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt.

How we contact estate & letting agencies (marketing)

We sometimes send a short introductory email to UK estate and letting agencies who may benefit from AgentReply. Here's exactly how that works:

• What we use: business contact details only — the agency name, a publicly listed business email address, and the agency's own public Google/Trustpilot review information. We do not target personal/consumer email addresses.
• Where it comes from: publicly available business sources (the agency's own website and public business directories).
• Lawful basis: our legitimate interest (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) in offering a relevant business tool to other businesses, balanced against your interests. For corporate subscribers this is also permitted business-to-business marketing under PECR.
• Your choice: every email includes a one-click unsubscribe and an opt-out link. If you opt out, we add you to a permanent suppression list and will not contact you again. You can also object or ask us to erase your details at any time by emailing the address below.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand anonymous, aggregate traffic (e.g. which pages are visited). It is not used for advertising. You can block analytics cookies in your browser at any time.
